The Wildlife Damage Abatement & Claims Program assists farmers when wildlife damage their agricultural crops. It includes damage prevention assistance, partial compensation for damage, and Agricultural Damage Shooting Permits for deer removal. This program is funded by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and the funds are passed through the county.
