Silverwood Park Mushroom Inoculation Log Workshop

Join the Friends of Silverwood park to find out how fun and easy it is to grow your own delicious (and nutritious) shiitake mushrooms! Participants will have the opportunity to inoculate their own log(s) to take home while learning all about the process of growing mushrooms in your backyard. Just $20 per log (and cheaper if you want more!) Sessions run about 2 hours. Enjoy a hike at the park before or after your class. Great family activity or date day. All supplies are provided. Opportunity to pick up preinoculated logs is also an option.
