Horseradish Harvest

Join the Friends of Schumacher Farm for their Garden Harvest Series, a collection of seasonal, hands-on experiences where you’ll learn how to harvest specific garden or orchard crops and explore simple ways to use them. Learn how to dig up horseradish, clean and chop it up inside the CRH, make beet horseradish sauce, and try some fresh horseradish dip. These events are open to all ages and free, but donations are always appreciated! RSVP is recommended, but drop-ins are welcome.
