Stargazing Event at Donald Park

Join the Friends of Donald Park and Madison Astronomical Society at Donald Park, Saturday, August 16th at 8:00 p.m. We will gather at Pop's Knoll picnic area for a view of the fabulous night sky. There will be a brief presentation by the Madison Astronomical Society before the event begins. Bring your family and friends and learn about the planets and stars. Telescopes will be provided, but you can bring your own if you have one as well as binoculars, chair or blanket and flashlight. In the event of rain or overcast skies, we will announce the cancellation on our websites by 4:00 p.m.
