In accordance with Chapter 49.25, Dane County Code of Ordinance, the Land Conservation Committee (LCC) reviewed and approved the fee schedule on July 23, 2027. Fees are effective August 1, 2027 or as noted below. Periodically, the LCC will review fees to determine if adjustments need to be made.

Example: if 40 acres are enrolled in the program, a status review fee will be $70 ($50 + $0.50 x 40 acres) once every four years.
