Maple Syrup Demonstration at Donald County Park

Join the Friends of Donald Park for a maple syrup making demonstration. We will gather at the Hitchcock Farmstead for a brief presentation on the park's history as well a cook down of the sap and and maple syrup for tasting. Visitors will also have the opportunity to hike out to the sugar maple grove and learn the history of the sugar maple grove and how to tap trees. Dress appropriately for the hike to the maple grove.
