Event Description

Join Lussier Family Heritage Center for the Wisconsin Science Festival Bioblitz project. This project is statewide and aims to document all species within Wisconsin from October 16th to 22nd. On October 17th, Lussier Family Heritage Center will provide an overview on how to use iNaturalist to document organisms and then have we'll head out on a hike  document as many species as we can find. We recommended downloading the iNaturalist app and creating an account prior to attending. If you don't have access to the app, no worries, we will be heading out in groups!

This is a drop-in event. We will start the iNaturalist overview and hike at every half hour. Meet behind the Lussier Family Heritage Center at one of the following times:

  • 3:00 pm
  • 3:30 pm
  • 4:00 pm
  • 4:30 pm
  • 5:00 pm

This is an adult focused program. Program is free and no registration required.
