Event Description
Join the Dane County Parks to celebrate the advancements of Walking Iron Wildlife Area wetland restoration project. On this tour, you will walk along side the project partners to learn how they are restoring more than 260 acres of land, and the ecological benefits of this project, including improving habitat for native amphibians and birds. Dane County Parks is partnering with Ducks Unlimited, Wisconsin DNR, and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to fund and implement the project.
Free. This tour is best suited for adults.
